Euro Auctions is a world leading, global auctioneer of industrial plant, construction & agricultural equipment. With 9 sites located in the UK, Germany, Spain, Australia, Abu Dhabi & USA. Euro Auctions conducts 50+ auctions selling thousands of Lots every year.

The Job

Join in with all administration tasks associated with the running of an auction as well as performing other duties. The role is varied and involves dealing with buyers and sellers as well as stock and contracts, working within a wider global team and reporting to the team manager.

The Person

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and be capable of taking control of all administration involved in running an auction. This is not a typical office job; no two days will be the same.

While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

The Requirements

  • Be studying towards a third level discipline preferably in Business (other disciplines will be considered)
  • The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
  • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
  • Maintain a valid passport.
  • Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
